Unhappy with PayPal going after sellers

Echo Go. Didn’t want product after delayed shipping by seller, ask for a refund, waiting for seller response from PayPal around 2 weeks, seller ships product then and denied refund, PayPal accepts this, had not and did not want product after this, comments appreciated?

Sadly paypal does not cover buyer remorse, that would be between you and the merchant to resolve.

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described (t & c apply of course).

So if item was delayed did the seller ship and provide tracking before your dispute/claim was decided upon?
