Thank you for your Post! It appears you are referring to the recent payment and looking for refund. PayPal is a payment gateway, so we do not have access to refund, cancel or make any change on behalf of the seller. I request you to contact the merchant and request a refund. I hope this helps!

Welcome to the Community Forum! Are you experiencing an issue with an unrecognized or unauthorized transaction? If so, I'd recommend opening an Unauthorized Dispute via our Resolution Center. From there, PayPal will assist where we can and notify whether we find any unauthorized activity.
