Hi, I thought I needed to be 16 to have a Paypal account but turns out it is 18, so I am underage as I am only 17. However, because my account is limited as I cannot give any ID to prove I am 18, I am unable to access the £165 which is in my account. Is there a way i can withdraw this with me being underage?
