Under 18yo account, and now im 26

I create the account when i was 14yo, and never use it for 12 years. This morning i wanna activate and edit my account and i totally forgot that i faked my date of birth. After uploading my id card, my account got limited immediately. How i can deal with this? I cant delete my account information and i have already attach all my phone and email to that account (obviously we cant use the same data to create a new account)

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.

As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to open a new account. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once so check first.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
