Unauthorized transactions

Just a few days ago, there were two unauthorized transactions on my account, which were virtual advertising fees from Facebook. I haven't used PayPal for six months, and this was a fraudulent transaction. However, my appeal to the official authorities about this incident has been rejected several times. What should I do? Should I continue to appeal for unauthorized transactions or change the reason to 'I haven't received the goods'

If your Facebook account was breached and someone used your existing billing agreement to make purchases from that account, the transactions would be indistinguishable from legitimate activity in your PayPal account and PayPal would not be able to determine that they are fraudulent. Facebook would be the only entity that could potentially reverse the transactions and credit the spent funds to you, if that is within their policy to do.
