Hello! My paypal account has been blocked because Suspicious Activity/Unauthorized Movement, I changed card and left the plataform for a while. Now, I want to use my paypal account again and it asks me to update my identity information, my ID and the confirmation of the previous card, however I no longer have information from that card and I have no way to confirm it. What do I do?
Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
