and i never send any money and i dont even really know this email!!!  
paypal what are doing this money is urgent its for medical purpose and you charge me and let some unverified email to proccess this??

I've tried this several times to get a refund on unauthorized charges, but they deny them without even looking at the evidence. What a fraud!

I already did this but the transaction is completed and i submit a case but it didnt reflect on my balace
