Unable to submit my response to a dispute

I have tried to submit my response to a dispute but when submitting i am asked to login again and my response is lost. I have tried twice, then i just entered “trying” out of frustration and this was accepted. I need to edit my response but i cannot.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.
When a response to a dispute has been submitted, it will be sent to the relevant team for review. When a dispute is 'In review' no further information can be submitted at that time. When the review is completed, and we have not received the information requested, you will be updated via email. You will then have the option to respond again.
Please keep a close eye on your email for any updates over the coming days.
