Unable to get funds from banned account

I have an account that got banned that had a bunch of money. It’s been 180 days and I still couldn’t withdraw the money through the email they sent me. I try to message but no matter what time, it says agents are always off. I tried to call but they need an ssn to access my account. I didn’t have an ssn on the account however and now I can’t do anything.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitations OR account specific issues.
