Unable to access a refund on this transaction.

Hi, I used pay in 3 to purchase a phone case £85.00 from Lucrin. Pay in 3 complete, but within two months my phone case fell apart, unfit for use and after sending over 20 emails to Lucrin they still haven’t replied. I tried to open a dispute over PayPal but it states We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction. How can I pursue a refund, I feel utterly scammed. Thank you in advance, Jo

Which dispute type are you trying to open? Is it one for item received but not as described?

If so how did you send the funds only can't see why you can't open a dispute if you used the goods/services option to pay?
