USPS tracking only available for 4 months, paypal has buyer protection for 6 months. Buyer disputes item not received at month 5 and they get money back and get to keep product. Newest scam that is all over the internet. Merchants are going to be bankrupt overnight. Paypal needs to revise and only allow buyer protection for 3 months.
