Trying to unban my account

so I wanted to provide information about my clients details to prove that I sold to my client but apparently the information was reliable enough to prove my business account, I own a Minecraft server where I sell in-game Items, if I could provide proof that my client bought product is there anyway I could get unbanned or no?

 I cant really upload the file since it is too big but I actually have proof.
