Transferring more than yearly limit allows?

Last week I tried to withdraw €522 from my PayPal balance to my bank card, this seems to have triggered some limitations, PayPal prompted me to "transferring more than yearly limit allows", which resulted in me only being able to withdraw €2 and under! This seems to have triggered some limitations. Before that, PayPal was working fine. I tried to call customer service and contacted them via Chat and provided my id card and proof of my address. The customer service said that everything is fine with my account, but I still can't withdraw the money. What do I have to do to get back to normal use?

Hello @douxy

Welcome to the PayPal Community; thanks for the post!

I'm sorry to hear that your account was recently limited, and you're still unable to withdraw. I recommend ensuring that your account is verified and your identity is confirmed. If you select either of the hyperlinks I've included, you'll be guided to our Help Center. If you're still only able to withdraw small amounts after that, you might have reached a withdrawal limit with your bank. I recommend reaching out to them to see if that's what has happened. You can also contact PayPal  Customer Support through one of these options

I hope this helps and you can withdraw soon!
