Hello, I am contacting the Paypal help platform following a transaction that I reported 15 days ago, I received a defective scooter for which I paid €239, the seller does not respond, I I reported the transaction and transformed it into a complaint following the lack of response from the seller, Paypal was supposed to study the seller's information on March 26, it is March 29 and still nothing, that's why I I'm a little worried because I find myself in a cumbersome situation so I hope at least that Paypal will be there to save me and resolve the problem.
