Transaction case closed

Hello I opened a case dispute for a transaction I didn't receive the goods for but now paypal say I chose the wrong dispute action to take and closed it. I am unable to open a new correct one. I chose a unauthorised transaction because the company I ordered the phone from took full payment and didn't comply with the transaction and send it out for delivery. The company say nothing to do with them now I open a case with PayPal but I've tried telling them it's closed. Surely this case dispute can be changed I have evidence of full payment and the tracking to prove of no delivery what can I do next Thankyou

Why didn't you open a dispute for non receipt of item???

 

A dispute for an unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and close the dispute if it was you that made the transaction.

You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal (when and if you can) and see if they will open a second dispute for you.
They may decline citing policies but if you say what happened then they might open a second dispute for you.

If not then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then consider contacting your card issuer and see if they will help you with a chargeback?

i have near the same problem. I got hacked they sent money to brazil and paypal said that isnt unauthorised and i dont know what to do
