I tried to buy some equipment online. I paid through paypal at checkout, but never received any order confirmations with an order number. When i look through PayPal, i see the transaction as pending. When i look at my bank account, the money has been removed from my bank account, even though the transaction shows "pending" I cannot get any information from the retailer, as I can't remember which of the five email addresses would have been used, and there was no order number emailed out. QUESTION: Can I use the order number/transaction number from the PayPal transaction to backtrace with the retailer the order? OR is this information that is unique to my end (not the same as on the retailer side)? Tia
