I keep getting this error when trying to deposit in fanduel and Caesar’s sports apps. I have always used PayPal for years never had a problem now all of a sudden I get this message for two days in a row.

Same.  I feel your frustration.  I reached out to Paypal and they have not provided me with a clear answer.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue with DraftKings. But only here lately. I've deposited on DKs before using my PP card! What gives?

It better be temporary, we are not sending money to any International site, US to US - we should not be having this problem. I am fuming mad!! I think the casinos should be contacting Paypal to get this hold lifted, instead they send us here - BS!

Same here.  Tried to deposit on Caesar's last night and Fanduel today and got the same message "To comply with international regulations, this transaction has been declined." I've deposited and withdrawn multiple times.  And I am in NJ so it's legal transactions, in the US.
