Ticketmaster UK states they cant issue a refund due to an open dispute against them

Ticketmaster UK states they can't issue my refund as there is an open dispute against them in my PayPal account. I know nothing about this. There is no open dispute. Ticketmaster don't believe me even though I've sent screenshot of my PayPal app stating "no active disputes". What can I do to get my refund?

Open a dispute to escalate to a claim asap and PayPal will refund for them.

Perhaps for big corporations, employee access to PayPal account to issue refunds may be limiting and protected, I guess.
