There is a problem completing the transaction

I got a limitation put on my PayPal account yet I had some balance on the account,I was given an ultimatum of 120 days to be able to withdraw my funds. After the 120 days I received an email from PayPal that my funds were eligible for withdrawal but I am trying to make a withdrawal and it keeps saying “there is a problem “ can’t complete the transaction. I contacted the customer care services on a call and they told me they have forwarded my case to the specialist team for a special attention that I would get a response within 24hrs on how to make the withdrawal or help me fix the issue but it’s more than 30hrs and I haven’t heard from the team yet.Anybody to advise me on how to go about this!

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

I am sorry to know that you're unable to withdraw funds after 120 days of limitation and I understand how important it is to have funds on the right time. Once you get notified, you should be able to transfer the funds to your linked funsing sources. Since you're having issues, the only option to to sort this out is by contacting PayPal Customer Support team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page so that our advisors can review, have the limit lifted and will guide you with the steps to have the funds transferred. Generally, you should receive the response within 24 hours as told but our representative however, can take a bit longer time to complete the review process. If you still haven't heard from our concerned team, support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM you may contact through the soicla media options for further assuistance to know the status of the review. Apologize for any inconvenience that has caused.
