Dear all,
yesterday I made a purchase for something via PayPal. The first time I tired to wire the money, transaction had an error. Then I tried again, also error. I changed the my credit card. The third time, the transaction went through, however PayPal did not give me the option to select "friends or family" or "purchase", as it usually does. I always buy with protection.
Now, the seller is gone, and I am stuck with "friends and family" transaction. I cannot open dispute on the transaction. I have printscreens with all conversations with the seller.
Can someone give me an advice how to proceed? Thanks a lot.
