What should I do if PayPal said that it would refund me the full amount for the fact that I received a completely different item, I sent the item back to the seller (to China) at the beginning of November, the seller did not collect the parcel, it has been waiting for him since November 20, and I abandoned the parcel if not picked up (return shipping costs over $150)? Everything is visible in the tracking, I have attached all possible confirmations, and the only thing I gain is a freeze on the status that the shipment is on its way and an extension of the expected date of ending the dispute?

One of the latest shipment statuses from ChinaPost is Delivery attempted. Addressee absent / addressee's office closed.
