The paypal resolution center closed my case without the issue being resolved.

My account got debited without my consent and I wrote to the opened a case with the Paypal resolution center. After a few days they responded and said that they determined that there was no unauthorised transaction but I know there was. Date digital ltd, Olas Content ltd, and Trafficstar ltd debited me and I lost a total of £16.48. I know other people have also had this problem. Screenshot (1848).png

I had exact same thing only I went to make a purchase online (passenger clothing uk) used PayPal all good then, no receipt of purchase no items purchased but some bogus delivery details and payment went via PayPal to some random name “Patrick”. Opened dispute PayPal said “ no unauthorised use” REALLY! What would you suggest is?! Obviously I can’t make any real contact with them and can’t open dispute again. Disgusting

Well it wouldn't be disgusting if you had opened the correct dispute. You may well have been refunded if you had done so correctly.

A dispute for an unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and close the dispute if it was you that made the transaction....which it was.

Why didn't you open a dispute for non receipt of item?

You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal and see if they will open a second dispute for you.
