The employee from PayPal's Resolution Center helped the seller in wrongfully taking my money. They initially refunded my money, but later charged me again. I intended to renew for just one year, not three, but PayPal failed to protect its clients. I am deeply dissatisfied as. This behavior is highly unprofessional. Furthermore, they closed my case abruptly, leaving me without a proper platform to dispute the issue. The entire process has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating, and I am unable to find a way to initiate a dispute again.i am done with paypal .

I intended to renew for just one year, not three,
If you renewed it for 3 then it was your mistake and no one else's.
If you had an active subscription set up then of course paypal will auto-pay it as per your instructions of setting up that subscription.
Its up to the merchant if they are happy to cancel it mid-term or not and won't just cancel it because you 'intended' to only renew for one year.
