Earlier this week, at 11:30PM (GMT+7) January 18th 2024, there was an unauthorized transaction transferred all my PayPal balance to an unknown bank account named "East West Bank". (Keep in mind that my account region is ID and there is no way for me to add outside ID banks let alone a US bank)
I have been opened a dispute case since that happened and had been waited weeks for PayPal to just close the case and simply says "The case was closed in your favor." I also received an email from PayPal that writes "We've determined the activities in question on your account were unauthorized."
Just to be clear, I also had called PayPal once again in January 29th 2024 regarding that case, and they asked me to wait another 10 days so they can check or investigate. There also no new case opened, they just simply say they are going to send me an email within 10 days.
Is there any chance that PayPal is going to restore my fund ?
