Temporary limit, "Provide information about account activity" lack of specific activities of concern

I currently have a "Your account access is temporarily limited" placed on my account. 

The only item I haven't resolved in the "restore account" dashboard is the "Provide information about account activity" task. 

It's asking: "We need more information about the following transaction(s)."

Problem is, it doesn't actually have any specific activities listed... none. What activities am i to provide more information about if PP doesn't list any.. 

I've attached a photo below, Any help would be appreciated.
