How long does it take for paypal to remove the temporary limited access after I provided the required info to do so?

Depends if they are happy with the supplied information / when they review it and / when its your turn in the queue to be reviewed.
Allow a few weeks and if no luck contact for an update?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
