I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized transaction that has taken place. If you can log into your Paypal account, you'll want to file a dispute right away. I also recommend resetting your password and security questions. If you're unable to log into your account, you can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
