Submitted documents for account limitation is still for review for many months

When I created my paypal account, I had account limitations and to resolve this, I submitted the required information and documents but months have passed but still I haven't received any update regarding the review of my account limitations. I tried messaging them many times but I haven't received a reply from the live customer agent. Is there anyone who experienced the same? Please help me. I needed my paypal account badly.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
