so im just a new freelancer who doesnt have a legal business and we mainly focusing on paypal for online payment from other country but when i get the money they said need to "Submit a copy of your professional licence and Vendor/supplier information"
but i dont have professional licence for this type business and vendor/supplier information so how should i do to resolve this
