Strange PayPal Account Limitation

One day I received an email from PayPal saying that I need to send my passport and update my password for some kind of verification (it was not exactly written), I did everything according to the instructions as PayPal asked me to and now it has completely blocked me. I can't find out a clear reason or contact the PayPal operator to resolve this issue, all the links take me to a page where it says that my account is blocked, this is a community, you are the only ones who can help me. Reference ID: PP-L-451088697755 My only guess why this could have happened is that I sent a scan of my passport that was saved in my phone, and not a newly taken photo (but the description of what exactly is needed was not described) I do not know what the problem is, no one explains anything I would be very grateful for your help and resolution of this misunderstanding

You would need to contact customer services to appeal a permanent ban.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).

Unfortuantly, when an account is permanently limited we are not obliged to explain the reason. I am sorry I could not provide you with the answer you were hoping for. Thank you for your time. - Rachel

Yep true, they rarely tell you a reason and do not have to do so.

One thought though, were you selling goods or services or just using paypal to purchase items?

Just purchasing items on eBay , on eBay I have 100% satisfied review as awesome buyer 

I don't scamming people or smth like that , just buying phones , laptop , cases and other interesting staff
