Stop doing business with Vanon Batteries

Paypal if you are going to only offer dispute resolution for 180 please stop doing business with Vanon Batteries.  

They do not abide by their warranty promises on their products.

The reviews for the "company" online are horrible if you do some basic research and they will not let you accept honest reviews for their products.

Paypal, you should not be supporting them by transacting with them.  Maybe then they would change their practices.

Paypal would not be able to check every individual seller / merchant / company in over 200 countries worldwide that adds paypal to their website to accept payments.

So they give some buyer and some seller protection. However that protection can never be a 100% coverall so you need to read it so you can risk assess your transactions.

Paypal also do not provide warranties, they give buyer protection for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described up to 180 days. This is the same time frame that most credit cards give you.

If a company does not abide by their terms and conditions then as long as they are in the same country as you (and it wasn't tat from China) then you may have the option of the small claims court if you have one in your country?
