I have been trying to get my balance out and close the account for years. It is madness. I moved to Sweden, I do not have a US address or bank account anymore, so my balance is stuck. I have been trying to find a resolution for years. They refuse to offer one. I am not ok with them keeping my change. I would rather have it go to charity. It is a matter of principle. It can not be legal to keep people's money hostage like this ä?

I'm very upset with PP.  I place an order and never get it and when I email the vendor it usually is PP support but never get an answer!  I document everything date, item description (if there is one) amount .  Vendors have various names so it's hard to find them sometimes..

all the 

China orders are a mess!  I am tired of them taking my money and get nothing!

I have been a customer of Paypal 20 years and had zero disputes.  My first dispute just happened and took 3 months and still ongoing for a completely true and honest transaction went against me. I am done. They promised me that I would be awarded in my favor and Nothing to worry about and nothing for me to do any further.  (This was stated from two representatives) on recorded lines one of which was a manager for the appeals level. They will not provide me with the recordings.  An attorney they told me must file for them.  They have withdrawn funds during this dispute and that sent to collections (I believe) because I received responses on the recorded line when I called in stating that I owe, and it is going to third party.  I don't know what happened to this company, but they needed to be held accountable.  Please let me know what I can provide to support this suite.  I lost out 230.00 and hours upon hours of wasted time which for me and my family is a lot.  A 20+ Billion-dollar company making over 4 billion a year in Net it is pretty sad the way they do business.  Massive Lawsuit needed.

You're right. My mom sent me 75 dollars to buy my lil bro a bike at a flee market and for me to get food .. they're just holding it .. they say I have a business and I'm a risk... I do not have a business nor am I a risk .. I need my food money and it's soooo frustrating to be treated this way while keeping my money

I have had nothing but them seeming to act like my money is theirs. They held my 14,000 a couple years ago when they should have never been involved since it was the IRS and was supposed to go to my bank account when they were who the IRS used to be the third party to transfer to banks with no one knowing they were involved even. I was told the payment was given by the IRS while my bank never was told or funded and took 2 days with the IRS finally telling me to contact the third party contracted and it was these crooks. Then they had the excuse it was suspicious due to the amount......IT WAS FROM THE IRS AND THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY WERE THERE FOR AND TRIED ACTING LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT FIRST. They are flat out theives and should not be in business at all. They are as I speak holding 800 dollars of mine thats from a guy I sold my dad's banjo to in Ireland who has it yet they still hold my money and will not help at all just say they have a process, well they have not one reason for it and it's been three weeks and still no answer just holding my money. I will help any way I can and I want the company to be in the dirt cause they are complete arrogant theives and the way they get away with it makes them worse and the way the government lets them makes me ashamed of this damn country for being ok with steeling from the ones they work for and get paid by. These people think they are above us when they only are their for the fact they work for us. I'll go broke as long as it's to take all these jobs away from these theives.
