Hello! I have get a spam email about a transaction. Somebody "wanted" to send me money, and sad she will help me trough the task. Now in this email the instruction is to pay 30000huf or buy bitcoin, to get the sended amount. Sorry for my bad English. Is that a cheat?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! This is definitely not something PayPal would ask you to do. We would never ask you to pay an extra fee like the one you mentioned or buy bitcoin to receive moneys. While there are fees to receive funds, they are not like how you've described. Here's a great Help Center article with a bit more information on How to spot and report a fake, fraudulent, or phishing PayPal email or website.
I'd recommend steering clear of this specific transaction.
