Someone stole my money from chargeback

I recieved a dispute from one of my customers who buys services for an online game, and I got charge backed and he won the dispute.

The thing is, he agreed himself through messages that it was an accident, and he actually got the service.

I lost money and I don't know what to do. I've been trying to reach out the buyer but he doesn't reply.

Have I been scammed? I really think so.

I really need help on this one because I want to get my money back.

Sadly nothing you can do unless he chooses to pay you again OR you go down the legal route?
