Someone sent me an invoice for something I didn't do help!

When I try to click the invoice to cancel it it says something went wrong but it's still there pending

Pending means the invoice is unpaid. Leave it for awhile and try to cancel it later. You can cancel it even years later. I’ve sent invoices out that were never paid but years later, I receive an email the other party cancels it.
