Someone hacked my account last week and deposited my cash. I have a case opened for this.
This morning I received an e-mail to say my case was closed and I wasn't getting my cash back.
Second e-mail was someone changed my password.
Third e-mail was my case was reopened!
I'm so confused.
I want to report this activity but I can't seem to find out where to do that and I cannot get through to a human being on the phone.
Help.
I did cancel my CC linked to this account too.
