Someone has used my email to create a paypal account

I have emailed UnsolicitedEmail at paypal.com over the past several week, with no response.

Will paypal ever remove my email from this fraudulent account?

I have attempted to use the AI help tool to talk to support, but it was so poorly implemented that I'm not even sure I have sent a coherent sentence to a human.
