I logged onto my PayPal account today and I saw that a large transfer of money was sent to somebody I never heard of before, directly from my balance to theirs through Friends & Family. They must’ve guessed my password or something either way I changed it. I contacted support but I saw that transaction type doesn’t get reimbursed, but that didn’t talk about when your account gets broken into.

Paypal doesn't cover all unauthorised transactions. If you inadvertently allowed access to your account via a password or losing a device or clicking an unsafe link in an email then that would be your responsibility. By all means mark it as unauthorised and report it to paypal. They will check IP addresses etc before making a decision. I would also change your password (to a strong one) and security questions and do an anti-virus and malware scan on your devices.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
