Somebody used my email to create PayPal account. How to ask PayPal to close it?

Hello, somebody used my email to create PayPal account. He cannot use it as all confirmation email are coming to me. But it is annoying to receive communication from PayPal which is not intended to be for me. Is there a way how to ask PayPal to close this account and stop bugging me?
