Somebody please help me about internet scam

I recently was blackmailed from internet and i paid for 90USD to that person, and after that they want even more money, now i am thinking **bleep** it i dont give any more cash to some scammer on the internet, i have all instragram communications and my first payment is still on hold, now i want to return my money back and i dont know what to put as a reason so paypal will accept it

Depends how you sent the funds, ie which option did you use?

I sended it on their email adress and "grren bar" isnt jet completed

Yes but how did you send it, did you use goods/services OR friends/family.

Which country are you in.

How did you fund the paypal payment.

Does it say pending or unclaimed in your paypal account.

I think i put family but i am not sure, paid directly from credit card, green bar is still not full, blackmailers said that it is on hold or smth I am from Bosnia and Herzegowina

There is like a green bar on the transaction like it is on hold or something i am not really good at it, but i think thr money isnt jet on their accounf

Does it show on your account or is the recipient saying its on hold?

No it says money sent but when i open on windows there is that green line that is not fully connected to the end of thr screen

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! If the payment was sent as a friends and family payment, there would be no Purchase Protection associated with the transaction, so a dispute would not be possible through PayPal. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and loss of funds.
