Hello everyone,
I'm purchasing through PayPal invoice, but the seller asked me to confirm "service complete" before my item arrives, and he said this wouldn't affect my purchase protection. Is this true? Should I do this?
Thanks

NO, if you confirm receipt and you have not received it then you may invalidate any dispute for non receipt of item later.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
