Shopify Billing Refund would not go through

Hi there,

 

I asked the Shopify apps for a refund on a recent billing they made. They were glad to help me and issue the refund but the team is saying that there were errors on their end.

The team then told me to contact Paypal. But beforehand I requested a refund from paypal and denied my request, the case is now closed and I can't file another dispute.

 

Please help me out on how I can get the refund.
