I ordered and paid for Reusable Mason Bottle Ziplock bags on December 30, 2019. Have yet to receive a despatch notice and have not received goods. Is this a regular thing for this company? Cannot find an email for this companyso I can contact them. Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased a Magical Tracing Workbook (as they called) from fo-reo.com on August 22nd. I had no clue about this website before, it just popped up from Facebook as an ad, so since I saw Paypal was an option, I assumed it was secure and ordered.

At the end of September I received a very thin notebook completely different to what I ordered. I am attaching what I received and pictures of what I ordered you can find on one of the below websites. They are offering the same product with the same name and pictures.

When buyers pay with PayPal, PayPal Buyer Protection covers them in case there is a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help buyers get a full refund.

You can open a dispute within 180 days of the payment date. Here’s how:

1. Go to your Resolution Center and click Report a Problem.
2. Select the payment and click Continue.  
3. Select the reason for your dispute, such as:
   • I didn’t receive the item I purchased
   • The product or service is not as described
   • I have a billing issue

No use of posting on resolution center, because the seller will send the address in chinese charecter and you can't send and the price to send is costly
