Shipstation hacked

It appears that there was a hack with shipstation. I had 70 charges over labor day weekend. The total amount was $350.
Remove any integrated accounts immediately. I had a lot of money stolen from me and paypal said they don't care.
I filed a claim and paypal said the charges looked normal. Whoever hacked it created a new return address. I used shipstation about once a month on average.
Anyone else had this issue? How do I get paypal to take it seriously? I dont think that I have ever reported fraud in close to 20 years with paypal, and they don't care.
I just want my money back.

I reported these transactions already, but an automated email from paypal denied my claim. I replied to the email to appeal and they sent me instructions on how to close my paypal account. Shipstation did not respond to emails.
Anyone else out there get hacked? It appears that I am not the only one that is having this happen.
Why would I sign up for facebook and twitter to give away more of my info. :lmao I don't use social media. It seems counterintuitive that I have to share more personal info after being hacked?

It is ridiculous Divanme. I hope you get your money back. Paypal was no help to me. They determined that my 5 labels printed in the last year is consistent with 75 labels printed in 2 days(with different return addresses). Were all of yours USPS labels?
I tried to cancel all of the labels before they used them, but it appears they were delivered anyways. Paypal denied my claim and then told me how to close out my account which I have had for 15+ years.

How did your call with paypal go?
Did they steal money from your account too?
Are they acknowledging that there is a problem yet?
I wonder if they will try and take $2500 from mine for talking about this?

I notice this just happened to me as well. And same thing: they decided all of the shipstation transactions were legitimate. I contested their decision. Guess I'll see where it goes.

I was unable to get my money back. Shipstation was no help. Paypal won't back down from their stance that they are valid. I removed all linked accounts and will never use paypal again.
20 years and I never reported fraud, but they let someone steal a few hundred dollars.
I plan to make my money back by sharing my story and shorting their stock into the ground.
