I was offered a refund in a dispute in resolution centre for my claim " item not as identified" . I sent the item to the address I was given and uploaded proof to the case plus tracking. However the parcel has been returned to sender and tracking marked delivery not possible. I am unsure how to proceed . Is there anyway to communicate with someone in PayPal regarding my case as the time period to have sent the item back will have expired. Thanks
