Can we sign an "as is" agreement? Can I record a video of me reviewing the bike with him and getting his verbal/video agreement that he is satisfied? Would either of these steps be recognized by PayPal? Any other tips?
There is no seller protection for items personally delivered or collected unfortunately.
Beware of the ''courier'' scam where they ask you to send it but they will provide the courier which you have to pay for first before the funds are released into your balance but funds are not pending and never show.
