Sellers link not valid

Wasn't sure where to post. I'm enquiring for my wife regarding a seller to return goods that are far too small, their size checker is rubbish. My wife has her own PayPal account but can't get any further in her contacting the seller because their link is not valid and isn't recognised by PayPal resolution centre. The seller says they're based in uk, but have found they are in USA and China. No clue how to contact them. TACTICALWORLDSTORE UK. Any info is helpful. Thanks

We tried to phone, it's an American number and kept me waiting for 45 minutes then it went dead. They've made it very hard to contact them in every way. My wife did get a reply telling her she could have 30% off her order, but that's not suitable, she wants a full refund as the item is useless, far too small. Then nothing, even when she replied to their email address on their email to her. It's gone very quiet with them.

A dispute has been taken up by PayPal on my wifes account. Waiting to see if the seller responds. I will close my query on my side as my wife's query is now on going. Thanks for your help.
