Seller says I need to cancel dispute to get refund

Seller took 3 days to respond I ask to cancel within hours , never created shipping label , opened dispute thinking it would rush things along (boy I was wrong ) shouldn't take this long to get my my Money back . Seller also said I need to delete negative feedback to get refund

Once you open a dispute you have 'up to' 20 days to escalate to a claim if you and the seller can't resolve things between you.

Then once its a claim there is a minimum of 10 days before paypal makes any decision dependent on the dispute you opened.

This time factor can be put back in busy times or for international sales.
