Seller protections

  1. I am fairly new to ebay/paypal and I have some concerns about seller protection.  I am selling a few high dollar items. I've heard about unscrupulous buyers who dispute the item sold "as not being as described" or some other reason and then asking for a refund. They DON'T return the item but send something back in the box and pretend that it is the actual item sold. They then demand a refund and deny they didn't return the actual item. I don't want to have charge backs of my earnings and NOT have my item returned,
  2. How do I protect myself from losing my commission and the item I sold too.
  3. Is there a policy in ebay/paypal that protects me?
  4. I could not find a definitive answer on the PayPal site.
  5. Thanks
