Seller not responding to return request.

Could you please tell me the exact steps for filing a complaint for this reason...I have not yet sent the products back as I do not have a return address and should not be forced to pay for the return. I just do not know which reason to choose in PayPal disputes.

Paypal state this in the buyer protection policy >>
IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. PayPal Buyer Protection does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur.

Secondly is this just between you and the merchant OR have you won a claim?

If the latter then normally Paypal will give you the return address to return the item back to the seller (trackable to prove delivery).

If you won a claim and they have not then reach out to customer services and request the address is sent to you.
